The mission of The Sigma Kansas City Chapter Collaborative is to support the learning, knowledge and professional development of nurses committed to making a difference in healthcare and education throughout Greater Kansas City. We represent the founding values of Sigma Theta Tau International. Wisdom, Discernment, Love, Courage, Honor, Service, Professional Endeavor, Leadership and Knowledge.

The Sigma Kansas City Chapter Collaborative is comprised of the following STTI Chapters: Chi Eta, Delta, Lambda Phi, MuMu, Omicron Nu, Pi Eta, Psi Xi, & Upsilon Tau.
